Questions (1)
What spine 400 or 500 and point weight? Pse drive lt 50lb, draw 30", target. Also, what FOC shoul I aim for achieving, Easton says 10-15% while NASA "perfect ratio" is 33%?

400 or 500. 400 if you use a heavy point and 500 if you use a lighter point. Point weight depends on the person and what they are doing between 80-130 is normal. The lighter points are faster and heavier more stable.
