Are all your blank shafts cut carbon to carbon? For example if size includes the nock then I need 28.5" If not, 28" shafts?

We measure and cut all shafts, measuring from carbon to carbon. This is to eliminate any problems that arise with the use of different nock, which all have different throat sizes.
