How many turns of the limb bolt can i take to reduce poundage on my f166?

Not many. There is no amount of turns out on a ILF bow. The Tiller bolts are for tuning and adjusting tiller, adjusting poundage isnt really the intention. You will get 10% on most ILF risers, so a 40# bow will adjust 4#. 38# to 42# at best.

It does not have any mounting for 2 piece quiver.

No, it is sealed when manufactured




What would be the ideal arrow and spine of said arrow, to accompany this bow? 30 inch draw length at say 30# draw length (beginner). would love to make this into a kit with all the bells and whistles.

There is a Traditional Kit that you can select to go with this bow, this will include the basics you need to get shooting. A 700 spine arrow would work for that draw weight. If you want any additional accessories you can always put them into your cart to essentially build your own kit.
